At the height of an era where religion has moved its way up the ladder of piercing incentives behind war and human obstruction, I find myself obliged to examine the way in which religion should coexist with the multiple facets of the community. In his search for religious progress and philosophical truth, Ibn Rushd bridged between the worlds of science, philosophy, mathematics and religion, seeing that while there is only one inevitable Truth, there are nonetheless many ways to reach it. In this light, I have created a space where we can intertwine with one another, together in the ultimate strive for human growth, prosperity, and Truth.

As many of those who are marginalized and repressed by mainstream thought and establishment, Ibn Rushd was condemned and punished for his progressive ideas towards religion and philosophy. When you stand at the margins, it is often so brutally hard to work your work through the layers and layers of dogma and tradition. This blog is made to give a voice to those who like Ibn Rushd have been silenced at the face of rejection due to fear of change, reform and advancement.

This blog ranges across various disciplines, surveying a multitude of opinions and ideas in religion, politics, history, culture, and science. It is an open space free of any intellectual prejudice or discrimination, and as thus, is open to all. And as it encourages and homes an environment of tolerance, it expects nothing less.

Sharing many common views with truth booth, Averroism was immensely helped getting started by Stefan Rosty. While the two blogs might not always agree and may at times even conflict, they both prioritize first and foremost the need to create an open dialogue built on freedom of thought, and to create a medium for the voices that feel the need to clarify and re-evaluate the status quo in order to progress.
